Andrea Navedo is an American actress and published author. She began her career on the soap operas for daytime viewers like One Life to Live and Guiding Light and in later seasons, had various supporting roles on primetime television. Andrea Navedo is an American actor and singer, born the 10th of October, 1977. She was born at The Bronx New York United States. Navedo began her acting career in the daytime soap. From 1995 to 1997 she starred as Linda Soto on the ABC soap show One Life to Live. In 1999, Shesa Sandoval became a part of Guiding Light, a CBS drama Guiding Light. In 1996 she made her debut on screen with a brief role on the show Girl 6. She then was seen in New York Undercover episodes and The District. Navedo was a part of Double Take in 2001 and Washington Heights the next year. Navedo was a regular actor in the NBC drama show Law & Order between 2001 to 2004, as the role of Detective Ana Cordova. The character was later featured as a character in Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages, Blue Bloods and Blue Bloods. Navedo has also appeared in movies like El Cantante, Remember Me among others. Navedo had recurring roles for Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, How to Make It in America Golden Boy as well as How to Make It in America Golden Boy between 2011 and the year 2013.
